	This is a collection of the best utilities created by Matthew E. 
Briggs. Especially good are COLOR.EXE and DIRWIZ.COM. I hope you the public
enjoy them and use them as much as I do, and thank you for trying my 
utilities.

	To get a brief description of each file, type:
DIRLST

	The files SYSTEM.COM and ASCII.EXE have do .DOC files because they
are so simple to operate. SYSTEM.COM gives you an itemizied list of your 
PC's hardware, ASCII.EXE displays an ascii chart on your video screen. 
FINDALL.COM finds and lists all the hidden directories and hidden files in
the current directory.

	P.S.   The above mentioned COLOR.EXE requires ANSI.SYS to be present
in order to work properly. Consult your DOS manual for instructions on 
installing the ANSI.SYS driver.
